Re-Entry Policy
Re-entry isn’t permitted at Somerset Amphitheater. This means that once you’ve passed through the ticket gates there’s no going back.
Refund/Exchange Policy
In most circumstances, refunds and exchanges are not allowed. If severe weather or artist cancellation occurs, you may call the venue at 715-217-2004 for details about refunds or rescheduling.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas located in the plaza and outside the seating areas. The venue doesn’t restrict smoking on the lawn but if ticketholders around you are complaining you’ll be asked to move to a designated smoking area.
Weather
Events at Somerset happen rain or shine (for the most part). A little drizzle – no problem. A full-on thunderstorm or an act of God – that’s when things might pause. Cancellations only happen for severe weather, artist issues, or extreme circumstances. If you want the latest updates, hit the venue’s socials.
Gate times
Doors usually open 60-90 minutes before showtime. But don’t just guess. Double-check your event page for the exact time. Enter via the South Gate (next to the Box Office), North Gate, or East Gate (where you’ll also find the VIP entrance).
Security check
Expect the usual drill – metal detectors, bag searches and pat-downs if needed. To keep things moving, check the bag policy and FAQs before you arrive. Less time fumbling at the gate means more time to enjoy the grounds and the show.
Mobile tickets only
Gone are the days of crumpled paper tickets. Before you leave home, download your tickets to your phone via the Live Nation app. No Wi-Fi, no worries. Just make sure they’re saved to your device.
ID
A valid ID is required for events with age restrictions. You’ll also need ID to purchase and drink alcohol.
Any of the below will get you into the venue:
- » A state-issued ID or driver’s license
- » Current US Government or military ID
- » An official passport
If you don’t have an ID to prove you’re 21 or older, you won’t be allowed to purchase, consume or carry alcohol at Somerset Amphitheater. No exceptions and no refunds if you break the rules.
Payments
Somerset is all about contactless payments. All food, drinks, and merch are card-only. Use a credit or debit card, or mobile pay apps like Apple Pay or Google Pay. Forgot your card or phone? No problem. Staff can exchange cash for a prepaid card, dollar for dollar, with zero service fees.
Box office hours
If you need help purchasing tickets on the day, the box office is open on show days only from 3pm until the headliner hits the stage. Find it next to the South Gate.
