We always recommend you allow some extra time to arrive – park and walk to the building entrance.
Traffic warning
Please note that traffic in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin area can usually busier around the Somerset Amphitheater at times of the major events.
Note the area leading to the Somerset Amphitheater is rural and the number of roads are limited. This can cause some congestion.
Parking lots typically open around 3pm.
General admission parking: Included with your ticket. Nice and easy.
Premier parking: Want the VIP treatment without the VIP price? This upgrade gets you closer to the entrance.
EZ Out Parking: For those who hate post-concert traffic. Park close to the gates and leave faster.
Accessible parking: Find ADA spots in the East Parking lot, near Premier Parking. Look for the accessible logo or let parking staff know that you need accessible parking, and they’ll point you in the right direction. When you’re ready to head to the venue a golf cart shuttle will take you from the ADA parking lot to the East Gate.
Drop-off & pick-up: If you’re dropping someone off, Gate 1 or Gate 2 are your go-to spots. Just let the parking crew know, and they’ll point you in the right direction. Check venue socials a few days before the show for up-to-the-minute info.
Pro tip: Check venue socials on the day for the latest advertised parking times.
Tailgating
Tailgating? Absolutely. Just keep it reasonable. You can hang out from the time the parking lots open until the gates do. Once doors open, it’s time to pack up and head inside. After all, you don’t want to miss the show.
Driving Information
I-94/I35 Route
Travel east on I-94 and just after crossing the St. Croix River take exit 1 for Hudson, WI (Hwy 35N). Go through downtown Hudson and continue traveling north on 35/64 until the Somerset exit (VV). Take a left at the top of the ramp & Somerset is 3 miles. The Amphitheater is on the left as you’re approaching the town.
I-94/Cty Rd A & I Route
Travel east on I-94 and take exit 4 for US-12 toward Somerset. Turn left at US-12E/Co Rd U. Continue straight onto Co Rd A. Turn left onto Co Rd I and follow into Somerset. Turn left at Spring St. and the Amphitheater will be on your left.
From Stillwater, MN
Take Hwy 36 into downtown Stillwater and cross the bridge into WI (Hwy 35/64). Go 5 miles and take the Somerset exit (VV). Take a left at the top of the ramp & Somerset is 3 miles. The Amphitheater is on the left as you’re approaching the town.

Several parking lots surround the Somerset Amphitheater music site. During an event, their parking staff will direct you to the closest open space.
