What items can I bring into the venue?
Check the list of ALLOWED items above for a full rundown.
What items can I not bring into the venue?
Check the list of NOT ALLOWED items above for a full rundown.
Can I bring my own lawn chair?
No. But rental chairs are available from the venue.
Is there a bag policy?
Yes. Keep them clear. Only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags are allowed, with size limits of 12” x 6” x 12”. Small clutch bags don’t need to be clear, as long as they’re no bigger than 6” x 9”.
Every bag gets a once-over at the gate, including small clutch bags. Not cool with that? You can refuse but just know the venue can refuse entry in return. Got something on the “no-go” list? Expect to make a quick trip back to your car to drop it off. Better safe than sorry.
What methods of payment are accepted?
It’s card (or mobile pay apps) only at Somerset Amphitheater. This includes at merchandise stands.
How do I use mobile tickets?
Mobile entry only at Somerset. Unless you’ve already got a paper ticket purchased prior to this rule, in which case it’s still good to go.
For everyone else, download your tickets to your phone using the Live Nation app. No Wi-Fi struggles at the gate or frantic refreshing at the box office. Just pull up your ticket, get it scanned, and you’re in.
Can I get in without an ID?
Yes, if the event is all-ages you won’t need to show an ID. For age-restricted events you’ll need to bring one of the following:
- » A state-issued ID or driver’s license
- » Current US Government or military ID
- » An official passport
Are children permitted?
Yes, unless otherwise specified. Most events at Somerset are all ages.
Does Somerset Amphitheater allow re-entry?
No. Once you’re in, you’re in. That goes for everyone, including campers.
Forget something? Tough break. You won’t be able to pop out and come back without buying a new ticket. So, double-check your essentials before heading through the gates – tickets, ID, sunscreen, whatever you need to make it through the night. Plan ahead, stay put, and enjoy the show.
Is overnight parking permitted?
No overnight parking is allowed. Any unauthorized vehicles that park overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Can I bring a camera to the show?
Camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras? All good.
Detachable lenses or camera lens zooms over 1 inch? Not allowed as they’re considered professional gear.
Heads up: Some artists ban cameras altogether. Check your event details before you go.
Is smoking allowed?
Designated smoking areas are located in the plaza and outside seating areas.
On the lawn? Smoking isn’t restricted, but if it bothers nearby guests, you’ll be asked to move to a common area.
Simple rule: Be considerate. Everyone appreciates it.
Does Somerset Amphitheater have a lost and found?

Already left? The venue phone number for lost property is (715) 334-9080. Call during business hours to track it down.
Pro tip: Label your stuff. It helps it find its way back to you ASAP.
Are firearms permitted?
No weapons allowed inside the venue. No exceptions.
Got one in your vehicle? Follow all local laws for proper storage.
Important: The guest services office won’t secure weapons or take responsibility for any left in vehicles. Plan accordingly.
